1968出生於台灣彰化，美國水彩協會AWS署名會員。2017年受邀擔任上海「芬工荷作」水彩展覽評審。2016年作品「威尼斯船夫」榮獲美國水彩畫協會AWS第149屆國際年展銀牌獎獎項。該件也榮獲美國水彩畫家雜誌Watermedia Showcase 2015國際年度大賽第一名。
2015年作品「黃玫瑰」於全美水彩畫會NWS第95屆國際年展榮獲 「The Jerry’s Artarama Award」 獎。2015年作品「信念」榮獲美國水彩畫協會AWS第148屆國際年展"Di Di Deglin"獎。2014年法國水彩雜誌《The Art of Watercolor》第十七期邀請6頁專訪。 2016 年入選俄國水彩書籍專訪《水彩大師Ⅲ》。
Born to Changhua, Taiwan in 1968, Jasmine Huang is a Signature Member of the American Watercolor Society. The artist was invited to the “Watercolor Painting Competition of Da VINCIxHolbein” in Shanghai in 2017. Her artwork Enchanted with Venice won the Silver Medal of the 149th Annual International Exhibition of the American Watercolor Society and the 1st Place in Watermedia Showcase competition 2015. The piece Yellow Roses won “The Jerry’s Artarama Award”at the NWS 95th International Exhibition in 2015. The work Faith won the “Di Di Deglin Award” in the 148th Annual International Exhibition of the American Watercolor Society. Huang also has a 6-page feature on the issue 17th of the French magazine The Art of Watercolor in 2014 and a feature on Master of Watercolor III, a Russian publication on watercolor painting in 2016.
